Account Terms
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Cuppa.
1.2 You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested during the account registration process.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Cuppa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
1.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Cuppa account.
Account Activation
2.1 Upon completing the registration process, Cuppa will activate your account and notify you by email.
2.2 Cuppa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Cuppa Rights 3.1 Cuppa retains the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any aspect of the Cuppa platform at any time.
3.2 Cuppa may, at its sole discretion, modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of Cuppa following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Your Responsibilities

Payment of Fees and Taxes
5.1 You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Cuppa in a timely manner.
5.2 All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, and you are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of Cuppa.

6.1 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to you by Cuppa or its users in connection with your use of Cuppa.
6.2 You agree not to disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of Cuppa.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Cuppa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Cuppa.
7.2 You agree to indemnify and hold Cuppa harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Cuppa.
Intellectual Property and Your Materials
8.1 Cuppa retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Cuppa platform.
8.2 You retain all intellectual property rights in and to the content and materials you upload to Cuppa.
8.3 By uploading content and materials to Cuppa, you grant Cuppa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content solely in connection with the operation of the Cuppa platform.
Additional Services
9.1 Cuppa may offer additional services, features, or functionality beyond the core Cuppa platform. These services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Feedback and Reviews
10.1 You may provide feedback and reviews of Cuppa to Cuppa. Cuppa may use and display such feedback and reviews for any purpose.

11.1 Cuppa complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact Cuppa's designated agent for DMCA notices with the following information:

Cuppa Contracting Party

16.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
